7300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing use of the 7300 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services we offer.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This latest version supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance & Scope of These Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 7300 platform available through the website 7300.ws, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the 7300 platform in Malaysia, including but not limited to registered users, casual visitors, and any party accessing the content or services provided. This platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you have met the required age threshold.
7300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
To access the full features of the 7300 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have notified us that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact the 7300 support team immediately.
7300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required information within the stipulated timeframe may result in account access being suspended until verification is complete.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users of the 7300 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, account closure, or forfeiture of account balance:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Cheating, market manipulation, or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or account verification
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity
7300 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payments, Transactions & Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 7300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Our platform supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including FPX and TNG eWallet for the convenience of users in Malaysia. Foreign currency transactions are not directly supported, and any conversion that occurs is the responsibility of the relevant third party.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a short period, depending on the payment method selected. For withdrawals, processing times may vary and are subject to internal security verification procedures. 7300 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and up to date. 7300 will not be held liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user. Any transaction fees charged by the bank or payment service provider are the sole responsibility of the user.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 7300 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 7300 and its affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes.
All content on the 7300 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and source code — is the exclusive property of 7300 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 7300.
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 7300 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk. We recommend reading the terms and privacy policy of every third-party website you visit.

Account Policy, Suspension, and Applicable Law
7300 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has violated any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or other users. In such cases, the account balance may be held pending the outcome of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 7300 support team. Before the closure is processed, all pending transactions must be settled and no claims may be under active investigation. Any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method within the timeframe set by our operations team.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 7300 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
